All products sold on this website are non-returnable and non-refundable, except under the specific conditions mentioned below.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Excess ordering
- Minor variations in color, texture, binding, or finishing
- Slow-moving stock or resale-related concerns
- Bulk/wholesale dissatisfaction
We will only entertain requests if:
- Product is physically damaged during transit, OR
- Product is defective (manufacturing defect), OR
- Wrong product has been delivered
Strict Conditions:
- Complaint must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Unboxing video proof is mandatory (clearly showing sealed package opening)
- Clear photos of issue must be provided
Without proper proof, claims will not be accepted.
Upon approval:
- Primary resolution: Replacement of the product
- Secondary (at our discretion): Store credit
- Refunds: Issued only if replacement is not possible
We reserve the right to deny refunds and provide replacement/store credit instead, even in approved cases.
- Reverse pickup may or may not be provided, depending on location
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, customer must self-ship the product
- Product must be unused and returned in original packaging
Failure to meet these conditions will lead to rejection of claim.
- Processed within 7–10 business days after inspection
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
For COD orders:
- Refund will be processed via bank transfer/UPI only
- Customer must provide correct banking details
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order only
- Orders already processed, printed, or dispatched cannot be cancelled
For bulk, institutional, or wholesale orders:
- No returns, no refunds under any circumstances
- Quality disputes must be raised immediately upon receipt
- Liability is limited strictly to replacement of defective goods only
- Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or business losses
Paper stationery products may have:
- Slight variation in shade, GSM, binding alignment, or finishing
- These are not considered defects
We reserve the absolute right to:
- Reject fraudulent or excessive claims
- Block users/accounts with repeated return requests
- Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
