If delivery fails due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Incorrect address
- Refusal to accept order
Then:
- Re-shipping will be charged additionally
- No refund will be issued for failed deliveries

For bulk or wholesale orders:

To raise any shipping-related claim (damage, missing items, etc.):
- Unboxing video is mandatory
- Must be recorded from sealed package opening to product inspection
- Claims without proper proof will be rejected

- Natural disasters
- Strikes, lockdowns, or regulatory restrictions
- Transport disruptions
Such delays shall not qualify for cancellation or refund.
